At Be You, we are committed to providing premium-quality clothing. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as underwear or other specified products) cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Exchanges
We gladly exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to stock availability.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
